Rick Equals Pam's Desire to Split

Turns out Rick Salomon wants to put the past behind him, as well.

A month after Pamela Anderson decided enough was really enough, the former Baywatch babe's estranged hubby filed his own annulment petition Friday to dissolve their five-month marriage (two months of which they spent together).

He also cites fraud as the reason to wipe the union from the books; and, like Anderson, he didn't go into further detail. Neither celeb (albeit of very different calibers) has asked the other for spousal support.

Apparently having milked their brief courtship for all it was worth, Anderson and Salomon tied the knot in a quickie ceremony in Las Vegas on Oct. 6, in between the Stacked star's appearances with illusionist Hans Klok at Planet Hollywood.

But the strip-poker game during which they went from friends to friends who felt they needed to get married ended up being a gamble-gone-wrong.

Anderson first filed for divorce on Dec. 14, citing irreconcilable differences. Several days later, however, she wrote on her blog that she and Salomon were working things out.

This was both Salomon's and Anderson's third trip down the aisle (although technically her fifth if you count the three times she said "I do" with Kid Rock).

But while she's romantically unattached these days, Anderson on Thursday said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she once confirmed her previous coupling, that she isn't dating anyone right now.

Instead she's spending most of her time these days with her kids, the 40-year-old mother of two sons said. "That's taking up a lot of time." Eleven-year-old Brandon and 10-year-old Dylan's father is ex-husband No. 1 Tommy Lee.

"Usually I get in around 3 or 4 in the morning, and I'm up at 6:30 am with my kids making breakfast, 8 a.m. at school, and who washes their face?" Anderson said, noting that the other moms probably find it pretty funny that she's the one shuttling her kids to school each day.

But, she added, "I'm a mom, you have to do it and I love it."
